I wrote a beat with a beat bass and percussion, then i've added the sound of synth and it looks completely. It sounds like broken, but i like it. Could be in the base of the track in a style like: world/dub or something else.

Ran my original sample thru rc20, tweaked some knobs, added eq for the lofi touch. I believe i used my personal rc20 preset to give it the crunch. I followed up with this resample using my lotus echo pad.

Wrote/recorded a free chill tune that used the chimes at 120bpm using ableton live 9 stock plugins:chimes and bowlight and shadow. Raw unedited recording of harsh metallic tinking sounds caused by a hot metal plate being hit by water droplets. The plate was hot enough to induce a leidenfrost effect preventing most of the water from boiling and sizzling away leaving mostly the impact sounds.

This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). This is a high-quality stereo recording of the ambient noises inside of a quiet swiss train wagon while travelling at high speed (around 200km/h). You can hear:- how the wagon rolls on the tracks. - the squeaks and cracks of the wagon. - very faint voices from other passengers in the same wagon.
